Office of Sultn of Uganda was Initiated by His grandson His Highness Sultan Rahman Sheikh Yasin Muhammad Yaqeenu-llah Allamal Yaqeen Muhammad Shadhilili-Alyashurtiy , he is elder son of Sultan Sheikh Muhammad Shadhili Al-Yashurtiy Current Sultan of Uganda as Heir to Sheikh Shuaib Ibn Is-haaqa is.

Sultanate of Katuumu was founded by the late Sultan Sheikh Shuaib Shadhili Al-Yahsurtiy where the command of Spiritual power of authority originate that rules over transformation of world affairs to Islamic dominion to end oppression and restore peace and Justice in Uganda. Sultanate of Katuumu is the Ruling Sultanate of Suuh Kingdom of Arabia (SKA).
